How much do your sessions cost?

Mobile private funded service costs as below (inclusive of travel within servicing areas):

  • Initial Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology consultation (45 minutes) - $100

  • Follow-up Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology consultation (30 minutes) - $80

Telehealth consultation costs as below:

  • Initial Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology (45 minutes) - $80

  • Follow-up Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology consultation (30 minutes) - $70

Costs of Hydrotherapy services will be dependent on your location and circumstance, unfortunately we don't cater to private funded services, contact us for more on this.

Prices vary across Home Care Package and NDIS participants and can be dependent on the duration of the session. We are flexible with our costs and duration of sessions, please make a referral here or contact us here to discuss this further

How do I pay for your services?

We have a variety of safe payment methods, for in-person and telehealth consultations. In-person payments can be made via cash, contactless credit/debit card payment or directly over your phone. Refer here for telehealth payment details. Please contact us regarding payment for other services such as: 

  • Home Care Package

  • Hydrotherapy

  • NDIS

  • Worker's Compensation

  • CTP

  • EPC/DVA

Can I claim my private health insurance?

Our Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology services can be claimed through private health insurance. We use Medipass to allow you to make easy private health insurance claims from your phone. Alternatively, we can provide you with a receipt/invoice so you can submit a claim with your private health insurer.

Can I claim my private health insurance for telehealth consultations?

Yes, as with in-person treatment. Although many health funds now allow you to claim telehealth consultations, please check with your health insurer to confirm.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Definitely not! If you're looking to receive in-person or telehealth services privately or through your private health fund, you can contact us to start straight away. In term's of EPC & DVA, this requires a doctors referral. We provide mobile services to EPC & DVA participants, but with a gap payment.

What areas do you service?

We service South-West Sydney and surrounding suburbs. This includes suburbs from the Fairfield, Liverpool, Bankstown-Lidcombe, Cumberland and Auburn councils. We also service surrounding suburbs and councils as well, please contact us here for more information. 

What are the steps to beginning Home Care Package & NDIS Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology services?

  1. Contact us here or make a HCP/NDIS referral here to get started

  2. We'll contact you to discuss pricing, consultation times and service information then book in an initial appointment

  3. We'll come to you and complete an initial assessment, then discuss treatment plans 

  4. Continuous care and treatment to assist you in reaching your goals and improving your health & wellbeing

Can self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed NDIS participants use your service?

We currently only service self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We are not currently servicing any NDIS participants who are agency-managed/ have their plan managed by NDIA, as we are not yet NDIS registered.

We definitely are! We can work with NDIS participants across Inner-West, South-West Sydney and surrounding suburbs, whether they're self-managing, plan-managing or agency-managing their plan.
