We collaborate with you over video chat to guide you through an individualised exercise program and show you self-management treatment techniques. You will be able to independently relieve your symptoms, improve your quality of movement and function more efficiently!

What Platform Do We Use?
1. We use Zoom, a free to sign-up application where we will do face to face consultations from your phone, tablet or computer
2. You can download the Zoom app on any device that you're using. If you're on a computer, you can also just use the link we send you
3. Following payment & arrangement of the consultation, we will contact you with details specific to the platform that you're using
How Do I Pay For A Telehealth Consultation?
Prior to your consultation, we will request a payment through Medipass which is a safe digital health payment system.
1. We will send a secure link to your mobile number or email for you to make a safe online payment
or
2. We can arrange safe over the phone credit card/debit card payments
